Refund Policy

Important Notice

Summary: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

1) Eligibility

  • Applies to the Starter plan (one‑time) and any add‑ons purchased in the same order.
  • One refund per domain purchase.

2) How to request

From the App, open Billing → Request refund, or email support@accordkit.com with your purchase email and domain.

3) What happens after a refund

  • The banner stops serving for the refunded domain immediately.
  • Consent logs remain accessible for 30 days for your records, then are automatically purged per our retention policy.

4) Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gateway/bank processing times (e.g., Razorpay) may take 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.

5) Abuse & exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated refunds for the same organization under different domains) or where prohibited by law.
